Anxiety and depression during the pandemic lockdown

So it’s been a very out of element few days, without diving too deep, the COVID 19 pandemic has turned Miami and the rest of the world all the way around. Cities have mandated curfews, restaurants and stores are closed and some jobs have asked employees to stay home. I’ve been inspired to touch on the subject of those that may be experiencing something more than “cabin fever” during these times. Just providing another perspective and bit of hope in the form of poetry for those experiencing anxiety of any sort.
